Tammy has many years experience starting horses using natural horsemanship techniques. She still takes on a limited number of horses and booking well ahead is the only way you can have a horse added to her schedule.

More important to Tammy is working with owners to help them understand their horses and how to work with them. With the growing number of new horse owners there is a growing number of problem horses and horses with unsafe behaviours. Tammy will work with an owner and their family to help them understand their horses, how to work with their horses, and how to safely deal with problems and unsafe behaviours. Tammy will also work with small groups and provide day and/or weekend clinics.

in addition to working with owners with horses they already own, Tammy works with a farrier and Inside Out Diagnostic Imaging to provide a pre-purchase assessment of a horse. The assessment included the farrier's assessment of the feet and movement, and infrared thermographic assessment to look for hiddien injuries and soft tissue damage, and a behavioral assessment to determine if the horse is appropriate for the potential owner and its potential activities.
